Cancellation policy
Plans change. Here is how to cancel a hamam booking, and what happens if we have to change your visit.
Free cancellation
A booking can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the visit.
How to cancel
Message us on WhatsApp or call us, both on +90 536 603 75 84. Give us the name the booking is under and the date of the visit.
If you would rather move your visit to another date than cancel it, ask us the same way.
Less than 24 hours before your visit
If your plans change later than that, tell us as early as you can, in the same way, so that the pickup and the hamam are not kept waiting for you.
If we have to cancel or move your visit
If we have to cancel or move a visit, we contact you as soon as we can on the phone number you gave us.
Refunds
Nothing is taken online when you book, so there is nothing to refund online. You pay only at the hamam, on the day of your visit.
