Privacy notice
This notice explains what we record when you book or enquire, why we record it, who sees it and what you can ask us to do with it.
Who we are
Turkish Bath Antalya is a booking platform operated by Murat Atalay Travel Agency, TÜRSAB licence No. 11294. Where this notice says "we" or "us", it means the agency.
What we record when you book
When you reserve a visit, we record your name, your phone number and whether it is on WhatsApp, your e-mail address, your hotel and room number if you give them, the date of the visit, the number of guests and their ages if you give them, any notes you add, and the language you choose for your confirmation e-mail.
We do not ask for card details.
What we record when you enquire
If you send us a message through the contact form, we record what you send: your name, your phone number, your e-mail address if you give it, a preferred date and the number of guests if you give them, and your message. If you write to us on WhatsApp, we see what you send us there.
Why we need it
We use these details to confirm your booking and your pickup, to send you the confirmation e-mail with your e-ticket, to contact you by phone or WhatsApp about your visit, and to answer your enquiry. We do not use them for anything else.
Who sees it
Your details are shared only with the operator running your visit and the hamam you visit, so that you can be collected from your hotel and received on the day. Nobody else receives them.
We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to advertisers.
Payments
Nothing is paid online. You pay at the hamam on the day of your visit, in cash or by card, so this site never asks for, collects or stores card details.
Analytics and cookies
We set no cookies at all.
To see which pages are read and which buttons are used, we run our own page-view measurement on this domain; no outside analytics or advertising service is involved. It records the pages you view, including any campaign or ad-click parameters in the link you followed, and the page or site that brought you here; your device, browser, screen size, language settings and time zone; an approximate location worked out from your IP address; how long you stay on each page and how far you scroll; clicks on buttons and links; when you send a form; and when you complete a booking, with its total.
We do not store your IP address, only a shortened form of it and a pseudonymous code that our server calculates from your IP address and browser details with a secret key. That code lets us tell a returning visitor from a new one. If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, the measurement does not run.

How long we keep it
We keep booking details for as long as they are needed for your booking and for the operator's records.
An enquiry that does not become a booking is not used for anything else.
Your rights
You can ask to see the details we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete them. Message us on WhatsApp at +90 536 603 75 84, or use the contact form, and tell us the name and phone number the booking or enquiry was made under.
Children
Children are booked by the adult who accompanies them. For children and infants we record only how many there are and their ages, if you give them.
