Price and booking

Do I pay online?

No. Reserving is free and no card details are asked for. You pay at the hamam on the day, in cash or by card, and you see the full total before you confirm.

How do I book?

Choose your hotel, a date and the number of guests, add your details and confirm: start your booking here. Before the day, we confirm your pickup time and the hamam's address with you.

Can I cancel?

Yes, at no charge up to 24 hours before your visit. Message us on WhatsApp or give us a call. Cancellation details.

How will I know my booking is confirmed?

You receive a confirmation e-mail with your e-ticket at the address you gave. We also confirm your pickup time and the hamam's address with you before the day, by phone or WhatsApp.

How many people can I book for?

Up to 20 guests in one online booking, with at least one adult. For a larger group, please message us.

Can I book for tomorrow?

Online, tomorrow is the earliest day you can choose, going by Turkish time. Pick your date, and we confirm your pickup time and the hamam's address with you before the day.

Can I go today?

Often, but not always. Today can't be booked online: message us on WhatsApp or call +90 536 603 75 84, and we'll tell you whether the timing works. Nothing is booked until we confirm it. From tomorrow on, you can book online.

Hotel transfer

Is hotel transfer included?

Yes, round trip, for every hotel in our service areas. The vehicle is air-conditioned and may carry other guests.

Which areas do you collect from?

Antalya city (the centre, Lara, Kundu and Konyaaltı), Belek (Belek, Kadriye and Boğazkent) and Kemer (Kemer, Beldibi, Göynük, Kiriş, Çamyuva and Tekirova). See every hotel.

Which hamam goes with my hotel?

The one that collects from your hotel's area. Type your hotel's name in the hotel finder and it shows you — you never need to work it out yourself.

My hotel isn't on the list. Can I still book?

Yes, if it is in one of our areas. Choose “My hotel is not listed”, type the name and pick the area. We check the pickup and confirm it with you before the booking is final.

What time is the pickup?

It depends on your hotel and is confirmed with you before the day, which is why no fixed time is printed here.

Do you collect from Side or Alanya?

No. Bookings on this site cover hotels in Antalya city, Belek and Kemer only. If you are staying elsewhere, message us on WhatsApp and we'll tell you honestly whether we can help.

Can I go on my arrival or departure day?

The included transfer runs from your hotel to the hamam and back to your hotel, and the whole visit takes about 2.5–3 hours door to door. Pickup times vary from hotel to hotel, and yours is confirmed before the day. If you have a flight that day, message us on WhatsApp before you book and we'll tell you honestly whether it fits.

The programme

What is included?

Round-trip hotel transfer, sauna, steam room, a traditional kese body scrub, a foam wash and foam massage, an aromatic oil massage of about 20 minutes, a peştemal wrap with a towel and slippers, and local insurance.

What is not included?

Drinks and refreshments, longer or upgraded massage packages, extra treatments such as clay or aroma masks, professional photos and video, and tips.

How long does it take?

About 2.5–3 hours door to door, transfers included.

Where is the hamam?

The hamam's address is sent to you with your booking confirmation.

What is kese?

A full-body scrub with a textured mitt, given by an attendant on the warm marble. More about kese.

What is the foam massage?

A wash and massage in thick soap foam that follows the scrub. More about the foam.

Do I need to book a massage as well, or can I upgrade it?

There is nothing extra to book: every booking includes two massages, the foam massage that follows the kese and an aromatic oil massage of about 20 minutes. Longer or upgraded massages are not sold through this site.

Does the massage come before or after the hamam?

Towards the end. You first warm up in the sauna and steam room; then come the kese scrub and the foam wash with its foam massage, and the aromatic oil massage follows. The exact order and timing can vary with the hamam and how busy the session is.

Before you go

What should I wear?

Swimwear, the whole time — nobody is naked. The hamam provides a peştemal wrap, a towel and slippers.

What should I bring?

Swimwear, a change of underwear and a hairbrush or comb.

Can children come?

Yes, with an adult. Children aged 4–10 pay the child fare and ages 0–3 are free. The massage stages are designed for adults, so please let us know the children's ages when you book.

Can I ask for an attendant of my own gender?

Yes, it can be requested — mention it in the notes when you book. It is a request, not a guarantee.

Should I tip?

Tipping the attendants is customary but optional, and not included in the price.

Can I go to the hamam on a rainy day?

The sauna, the steam room, the kese, the foam and the massage all take place in the hamam, and an air-conditioned vehicle collects you from your hotel and brings you back. Choose your date in the booking form.

Health and safety

Is a Turkish bath suitable for everyone?

It is not recommended during pregnancy, with heart or circulatory conditions, or if you are sensitive to heat or humidity. If you have a medical condition, speak to your doctor first and tell the hamam before your session.

Is a Turkish bath safe?

That depends on your own health, and only your doctor can judge it. A hamam is not recommended during pregnancy, with heart or circulatory conditions, or if you are sensitive to heat or humidity. With high or low blood pressure, a skin condition, or a recent operation or injury, speak to your doctor first and tell the hamam before your session.

Can I go if I'm pregnant?

We advise against it: a hamam is not recommended during pregnancy.

What about heart or blood-pressure conditions?

A hamam is not recommended with heart or circulatory conditions. If your blood pressure is high or low, speak to your doctor first and tell the hamam before your session.

What should I do before the session?

Keep it light: eat only a light meal beforehand and don't drink alcohol. If you have a medical condition, a skin condition or a recent injury, tell the hamam before the session starts.

Is my booking safe?

Your booking is handled by Murat Atalay Travel Agency, a travel agency with TÜRSAB licence No. 11294. No card details are asked for and nothing is charged online: you pay at the hamam on the day, in cash or by card. Local insurance is part of every booking.

Deciding

That depends on what you want from the visit. Our guide sets the facts side by side — what the fare covers, how much of your day it takes and when to ask us first: Is a Turkish bath in Antalya worth it?

Is it OK for a first visit?

Every visit follows the same basic programme, whether it is your first or not. Our guide takes you through it stage by stage, from the hotel pickup to the ride back: What is a Turkish bath?

Can couples go together?

Yes — at all three hamams, a couple stays together through the whole programme. More in our guide Turkish bath with children and as a couple.
