How booking works
- Your hotel. Type its name and pick it from the list. The hotel decides which of our three hamams collects you, so there is no hamam to choose.
- The date. Pick a day in the calendar. Online, the first date on offer is tomorrow.
- Guests. Add everyone who is coming: adults, children and infants.
- Your details. Your name, a mobile number and an e-mail address, plus a note if there is anything we should know, such as a request for a same-gender attendant or the children's ages.
- Review and confirm. The summary sets out the hamam, your hotel, the date, each fare, the transfer (included) and the total, with what the booking covers and the cancellation terms. Confirming charges nothing.
After you book
Your confirmation e-mail, with your e-ticket, goes to the address you entered. Our team also gets in touch by phone or WhatsApp.
Before the day, you'll have your pickup time and the hamam's address from us.
Paying and cancelling
Nothing is charged online. On the day of your visit you pay at the hamam, in cash or by card.
If your plans change, you can cancel at no cost until 24 hours before the visit; a WhatsApp message or a call to +90 536 603 75 84 is enough. The full cancellation terms are on their own page.
Groups
One online booking holds up to 20 guests, and at least one of them has to be an adult. For more people than that, get in touch on WhatsApp or through the contact page before you book.
Hotel not on the list
If you can't find your hotel, choose “My hotel is not listed”, type its name and pick the area it is in. We check that it lies in an area we serve and confirm the pickup with you before the booking is final; if it doesn't, we tell you before anything is due. Nothing is charged online either way.
Questions & answers
Can I book for tomorrow?
Yes, if the calendar shows it as open: by the date in Turkey, tomorrow is the first day online booking accepts. Once you have booked, we get back to you with the pickup time and the hamam's address before the visit.
Can I go today?
Not through the online booking. Message us on WhatsApp or call +90 536 603 75 84 instead: a same-day visit is often possible when the timing works, but it isn't guaranteed, and it only counts as booked once we have confirmed it with you.
Which days are open?
The calendar in the booking form shows the days you can choose, and days that can't be booked are marked as not available. Whichever day you pick, our team confirms the booking with you before the day.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
No. Nothing is taken when you book and no card details are asked for; you pay the whole amount at the hamam on the day, in cash or by card.
