Booking terms
These terms explain what you are booking, what the price covers, when you pay and how the pickup works. Please read them before you confirm.
Who you are booking with
Turkish Bath Antalya is a booking platform operated by Murat Atalay Travel Agency, TÜRSAB licence No. 11294. It books Turkish bath visits with hotel transfer in three service areas: Antalya city, Belek and Kemer.
What a reservation is
A booking on this site is a reservation request. Nothing is charged online, no card details are asked for and no deposit is taken.
We confirm the booking, the pickup time and the hamam's address with you before the day. The confirmation e-mail with your e-ticket goes to the e-mail address you give, and we also contact you by phone or WhatsApp.
What the price covers
The price buys the basic programme described on the product page, and nothing else: round-trip hotel transfer in an air-conditioned vehicle within our service areas; sauna; steam room; traditional kese body scrub; foam wash and foam massage; an aromatic oil massage of about 20 minutes; a peştemal wrap, towel and slippers; and local insurance.
The exact order and timing of the programme can vary with the hamam and how busy the session is.
What is not included
Drinks, herbal teas and refreshments; extended or upgraded massage packages; additional treatments such as clay or aroma masks; professional photo and video services; and personal expenses and tips are not included in the price.
Tipping the attendants is customary but optional.
What you pay, and when
You pay the total shown in your booking summary at the hamam, on the day of your visit, in cash or by card. The summary shows the adult, child and infant fares, the transfer (included) and the total before you confirm.
Adults are 11 and over. Children aged 4–10 pay the child fare, and infants aged 0–3 are free. Children and infants must be accompanied by an adult, and a booking needs at least one adult. One online booking takes up to 20 guests.
Pickup and transfer
Pickup times vary from hotel to hotel, and we confirm yours with you before the day. Please be ready at your hotel at the time we confirm.
The transfer is in an air-conditioned vehicle, which may carry other guests. It is included for every hotel in our service areas.
The hamam's address
We do not publish where each hamam stands. The address is sent to you with your booking confirmation.
Hotels not in our directory
If your hotel is not in our directory, you can enter it by hand. We check that it lies in one of the areas we serve and confirm the pickup with you before the booking is final. If it lies outside those areas, we tell you before anything is due. Nothing is charged online in any case.
Health
A hamam is not recommended during pregnancy, with heart or circulatory conditions, or for guests sensitive to heat or humidity.
If you have a medical condition, high or low blood pressure, a skin condition, or a recent operation or injury, speak to your doctor first and tell the hamam before the session. Eat only a light meal beforehand and do not drink alcohol before the session.
The massage stages are designed for adults. Please give us your children's ages when you book.
Cancellation
Cancelling is free of charge up to 24 hours before your visit. How to cancel, and what happens if we have to change a visit, is set out in the cancellation policy.
